Tried this one on a whim because it had a solid ingredient list and I love a sauce with complex flavor. It did not disappoint. Heat is a medium and starts in layers leaving a nice afterburn. The fermented garlic adds an earthy umami quality to the flavor profile. It’s not garlic heavy but the garlic flavors are discernible.
