
Been making lots of this stuff with different varieties of pepper and this particular bottle has developed these little red blobs. Thought it might be capsaicin but capsaicin is clear. Is this some sort of bacteria? Safe to consume?

Could be mostly capsaicin with some oxidized red stuff in it, see if it dissolves in olive oil
