These are my four that get the most rotation at my house.
Sugar Bobs – Jalapenos Maple Sriracha; is my top pick to anyone that isn't a chilihead but wants a nice gentle heat.
Snapper Sauces – Envy; Local person who has some great fermented hot sauces, this is my favorite of their selection.
Spur Tree – crushed scotch Bennett sauce; is a nice entry level sauce into habenero / scotch bonnets..solid flavor and very drinkable
Sauce Leopard – The Seventh Reaper; wonderful flavor and is a gateway into the carolina reaper. This pair perfect with any Mexican / So-cal / Texmex (it's a red chimmichurri flavor that round it out wonderfully.
I would put these sauces as as entry level for each pepper tier..and they taste great! If anyone saw my previous post about my huge hotsauce haul..this post excludes those. There are many more sauces that i will slowly get through and review ad we open them.
