
I started a little hot sauce business down in south Louisiana as a hobby. I have been doing well with some inquiries in going in some shops. Though I crafted my hot sauces, my co best seller is a non hot sauce of bell pepper, garlic, and onion. It is flavoring only with no heat. This ingredients will be found in almost any cajun dish, but I have never seen anything like it commercially. Have any of you folks seen something like it? I call mine Bayou Lafourche.
