I don’t have a bad word to say about any El Yucateco hot sauces, but this one was A++.
I’ve found I like a slightly thicker sauce – whatever El Yucateco’s thickness is is perfect. Definitely thicker than Tabasco, Melinda’s or Marie Sharps. Any recommendations in this heat and viscosity(?) range that you recommend?
