
Just joined the group and thought I should share. The unlabeled are homemade. My favorite homemade is on the far right. It was a fermented piri piri that got down to the current level and a fermented Chiltepin got added to full a while back. The Chiltepin was fermented for almost a year I think. The Chiltepin on its own was so Delicious and had a natural smoke flavor!
