As the name suggests, it's made with seafood in mind, but not limited to it. The texture is more like a cocktail sauce and it has a more mild heat to it, which is my preference.
I just had some on shrimp tacos and it was delicious.
Company is based in South Carolina but I ordered mine on their website.
