
I touched on something in my post about refrigeration that I'd like to expand on.
To any devout vegetarians in the group, what are you using your hotsauces on? I get the street tacos and veggie burritos and such, but what other vegetarian foods do you prepare and use these things on? I can see uses with various potato dishes, splashed in soups, stews, gumbos, etc.
What else? What about raw vegetables?
