Having a little heat challenge with my 7 year old (ie, nothing too crazy) and decided to lean into the oddball flavors to keep him in the game. That said, this was my first time trying a few of these and I’ve got to say, the Perrona Chiltpin sauce, though extremely salty, also had amazing flavor. I mean, if you see it; def give it a shot. That Daves Gourmet creamy roasted jalapeño has almost no heat, but is also an interesting sauce I could totally see pouring all over fajitas. Anyhow, happy hot sauce to you all!
Oh yeah, and the yucateco habanero and coffee is a miss for me. Interesting but not my cup of tea, or coffee as it were.
