
Both The Siren and Hell Fire Detroit are delicious. I love smoked anything sauce and I hadn’t had a manzana pepper sauce before, both 4-5ish/10 heat wise. The Dang Tangy was unfortunately disappointing since the Cherry Republic makes my hands down favorite bbq sauce. They could just drop the ‘hot’ from the label, my “black pepper is spicy” mother had no problem tasting it. I haven’t tried the black garlic yet because it’s very thin so I don’t know what to use it for, any ideas are welcome.
