Got this sample pack of Cooper’s. Excited to try them. Any thoughts on these ones? The Diablesa is supposed to be interesting. Also started a ferment over the weekend. The left is a smoky habanero and the right is Serrano and scorpion peppers. First time making hot sauce and just kind of winged it.
