Last year Public Goods stopped making my favorite hot sauce. A garlic habanero that was buttery, tangy, sweet and just the right amount of hot. Ever since then I have been on a mission to find a replacement. I think I just did. The flavor profile almost matches perfectly. Any other suggestions for a garlic habanero?
