I stopped by NYC’s Bangkok Center Grocery and Kam Man foods to pick up a few things and added these to my cart. Maxi’s Noodle is a HK-style noodle shop in Flushing that sells their excellent chili oil at Kam Man. I went through my last jar of it really quickly. The other 3 are all from the Thai market. I haven’t had that brand of Sriracha yet but the SD original sauce is one of my favorite things to put on fish, and I’m pretty excited for the jarred sauce, which the shop owner said is more of a chili paste.
