Ingredient list for the ginger looks good. Not seeing any peppers in the ingredients list for the breadfruit one? Who cares if you did the tourist trap thing, these are sauces I would have probably bought also.
No need to worry about flying with an open bottle if you put them in checked luggage. If you pack them in your carry on they’re getting confiscated either way.

Also, I love it when locally produced hot sauces are posted on here. There’s a degree of charm their bottles have that the mass-produced sauces of the world just don’t have.
