From left to right:
Green tomatoe ketchup with jalapenos and a lot of parsley.
Noma habanero corn yuzu inspired sauce, can't find yuzu where I live so used lemons turned out great.
Chocolate habanero barbecue like sauce, my favorite.
Fermented Bulgarian carrot, garlic and carrots hot sauce. Honestly I think i dont like fermented hot sauces, will try again next year with more sugar.
All the ingredients are homegrown except the salt and spices, even the apple vinegar.
