My first creation


I used my home grown habanero with strawberries, figues and passion fruit.
Shallot, garlic, ginger, soy sauce and apple cider vinegar with tomato sauce to create it.
It's nice and fruity at the beginning then it builds the punch.
Maybe too much tomato sauce (450g for 100g of peppers).

I used all my production (only one plant survived this year).

Can't wait to try again next year.
