300g bananas
200g strawberries
20g sweet banana pepper
20g Carolina reapers
15g garlic

Couple drops of last year’s reaper mango sauce to kick start the fermentation (probably unnecessary)
Chopped and put in to a vacuum bag, wait until the bag looks like it is about to explode.
The picture of the bag is 24 hours later and already has started to inflate.
