There is no other sub I am subscribed to that will add the sheer level of joy to my life more than this one.
I made my first purchase on heathotsauce.com yesterday because of all of you (man, that site is amazing, but maybe a bit overwhelming at first), and I’ve seen so many great recommendations that will inform my purchases and transform my meals for years to come.
This place is awesome. I f’ing love hot sauce and spice, but there is nowhere great around me (Northern New York) to go and talk to knowledgeable people about a legitimate selection of sauces.
So, I wanted to put this sauce on anyone’s radar who didn’t know about it. Dinosaur BBQ Wango Tango could absolutely be sold in 5oz containers as a delicious medium (maybe medium-hot for some people) but 5 ounces would never be enough. This stuff is my absolute-do-everything sauce I can buy in nearly any grocery store around me. Marinade, wing sauce, dip your fries in it, put it on your eggs or a taco, it is just amazing.
I moved halfway across the country a little over a decade ago, and any time someone came to visit I would ask them to bring three or four bottles of this stuff with them for my cupboard.
