Farmer Nate’s 1815, local in Northern KY and chickpea based. Pretty mild spice overall but pairs really well with Mediterranean and other softer flavors in my opinion. Recommend buying this sauce if it’s available, or anything else Farmer Nate makes if you’re in the area. Support your local hot sauce makers!
