I’ve been trying out a few flavors since I had a lot of ghost and reaper peppers.
Made myself a mango, peach and thyme, and smoked Garlic hot sauce.
Great flavor then punch of heat and finishing notes of lime and vinegar. The fruity sauces have some ginger which adds to the flavor explosion.
