




Super hot sauce with really great flavor. Carmelized sweet onion, garlic, carrots ,cantaloupe, pineapple,tomatoes and limes. Simmered for two hours in bud light and white captain Morgan’s till almost all liquid was gone. I used Carolina reapers, cayenne, jalapeño, and habanero peppers. White whine vinegar, red wine vinegar, apple cider vinegar and rice wine vinegar. I used a digital PH tester and brought my PH below 3 to ensure that it’s super fridge stable for a long time. Something I highly recommend investing in. It’s so hot and I’ve just been eating it by the tablespoon
