Found some Aji Lima peppers at a farmers market and made a hot sauce.

Never had them before. Nice and sharp heat on the front end but dies down quickly. Very citrusy, tasting it you would swear I used lemon or lime instead of white vinegar. Kept it simple and would say pretty successful for second time making hot sauce.
