
Jalapeños and cayenne peppers straight from my garden. Within 20 minutes of picking my peppers I had created a mash, I let that ferment for 24 hours.
Then I added salt, sugar, water and apple cider vinegar and let it ferment another 15 days. Blended it strained and bottled it today.
It has a really nice flavor and just the right amount of heat! I'm very pleased with how it came out.
