It is on the thin side and delicious. It definitely has good heat, but to me it is not murder sauce or anything. The Kiawe they smoke the bhut jolokia and habanero over gives it a mesquite like flavor which, blended with the apple cider vinegar, garlic and sea salt is IMO fantastic.
