Been at it for a minute, still haven’t fermented but that’s up next. This one is the hottest and tastiest one yet. Homegrown Ghost with red bells, papaya, ginger root and garlic, all roasted and charred. First taste test was super hot but also delicious.. gonna let it sit for a day and try it again but think this is the one! (This was right after blending, bubbles are gone)
