first attempt at making my own hot sauce and it rocked my socks
1 cup of fresh chopped peaches
1 cup of fresh cut pineapples
2 cloves of garlic (1 if you don’t want garlic forward flavour)
About 8 chopped red jalapeños, forgot to remove seeds and it had a wonderful steady heat
Splash or two of distilled white vinegar
it’s fruity, garlicky, a nice heat that’s loud but not overwhelming, it’s fantastic with chicken tacos and even chicken strips lol
