Is it worth “filtering” my hot sauce?


So i fermented the peppers i grew, made a bunch of different sauces and normally i wouldn't care. But the aesthetic of this hot sauce being pink is too much for me not to ask. When mixed together it's like reddish brown which I don't really mind but when I say it separate out I'm really curious. Can I filter out the bottom portion, will it affect the flavor, how Can I filter it out?
