Let’s show some love for the “little guys”: the best small-ish batch producers we can all try (available online if not locally)

I’ve seen so much lately about grocery store brands (Melinda-v-Sharpe, Secret Aardvark, etc). Nothing wrong with that, but I want to hear about some accessible “deep cuts”.

I’ve got a modest collection of flavor-forward good stuff but I want to know what you have. I’ll start with two (as an example), but I want to know YOUR best…that sauce I “gotta try”.

First up: Hellfire’s Evil Bastard. Smoky front with a swift kick.

Second: Zulu Zulu’s Peri Peri Extra Hot. Everything you love about Valentina/Cholula types, but more.
