Both the wife and I agree the flavor profile is trying to replicate Valentina or Tapatio style sauce. Based off the ingredients with De Arbol, Jalapeno and red Habanero, none of those popped out. We didn't really notice any of them coming through. Wife thought overall it was a bit of a smokey and over vinegar flavor and wasn't worth an extra 20c. Myself I wasn't overly surprised it would be tame and just a over hyped marketing tatic. I was, who the fuck is Omar Apollo? Heat level scale maybe a 4 out of 10.
