Chili Cheese Hot Dogs and Fries Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
CHILI SAUCE:
1 pound ground beef
1 cup water
1/3 cup ketchup
2 tsp. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. minced onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. beef bouillon
1 tbsp. hot sauce – optional
*Mix all together. Turn heat on medium and bring to a simmer.
Simmer for 15 minutes or until liquid reduces and sauce thickens.
