I’m not big on all of Melinda’s products, some of them downright suck, but I have to admit that they really got it out of the park with this one.
This is essentially just a ghost pepper-ified Marie Sharp’s Habanero, and while it might not taste quite as good it’s got spicier with a bolder flavor. It pairs with just about anything I’ve tried, from burgers to potato salad to pizza to mac n cheese.
It might not be the absolute best hot sauce out there but for me it’s definitely the most versatile and is my go to, daily-use sauce. Thoughts?

Daily driver.
Agreed. I basically stopped using most other sauces once I found this
it’s my 2nd go to. I much prefer their XXX reserve.
Totally right! I got my coworkers addicted to this! And they’re Indian and know spice.
It’s on my table right now.
I am currently working my way through the XXXX Habanero Special Reserve and I love it. Haven’t tried many of their other offerings, but I don’t understand the hate so far?
Absolutely. It’s prob the most versatile sauce out there with good flavor and solid heat
Think it’s a bit too hot to put on everything buts it’s very good.
This is the one sauce to rule them all
No disagreement on flavor and heat. But I like certain types of hot sauces on different foods. For example I like eggs over medium on top of hash browns, and I always want Tabasco piled all over it. But you’re right, excellent hot sauce.
Huge fan.
It’s solid but it’s no Marie Sharpes
My fav is the Poirier Original
Melinda’s Ghost Pepper *Wing* Sauce was my go-to sauce for everything. Slightly different than the Hot Sauce. A bit thicker, “sticks” to food a lot easier imo because it’s thicker than liquid sauce. But it was my favorite by a pretty big jump.

This stuff has replaced my daily use of Melinda’s Ghost Pepper sauce. A little sweeter with comparable heat to Melinda’s GP; it’s the same medium/hot level that Melinda’s is.
For any other Melinda’s GP diehards out there, give this Aardvark a shot if you see it around.
