Our featured recipe is my version of CHILI GARLIC SAUCE. I used Indian CHILI POWDER for a change. You can already imagine how hot those chili powder. And it blended well with the fresh garlic.
CHILI GARLIC SAUCE can be used as a dip for finger foods of any kind, or side sauce to add spice. Best with Calamansi or Lemon. Also as a cooking ingredient. The choice is yours.
Store in a cool dry place or keep refrigerated.
