Big Red’s 3 Kings!

My better half was at the local farmers market and ran across this, from these AZ fine folks. She grabbed me a bottle and I’m VERY into it!

Rich, savory, with heavy presence of black pepper and cumin. Not at all vinegar forward, which is something I really appreciate. Reaper, ghost and scorpion provides a nice burn. I wish it were a bit hotter, but it’s damned good. It’s the hottest one Big Red’s makes but they pride this one as being flavor first, heat second. It succeeds, and is delicious.
