INGREDIENTS
โข Unsalted butter โ ยฝ cup (softened)
โข Garlic โ 1 tbsp (very finely chopped / paste)
โข Chilli flakes โ 1ยฝ tbsp
โข Kashmiri red chilli powder โ ยฝ tsp
โข Salt โ ยผ tsp
โข Black pepper โ ยผ tsp
โข Oregano / mixed herbs โ ยผ tsp (optional)

๐ฅ METHOD (LIGHT COOK)
1๏ธโฃ Melt butter on very low flame
2๏ธโฃ Add garlic โ sautรฉ 5โ6 seconds only (no colour)
3๏ธโฃ Switch off flame
4๏ธโฃ Add chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, pepper & herbs
5๏ธโฃ Mix well โ cool โ store airtight
