INGREDIENTS
• Unsalted butter – ½ cup (softened)
• Garlic – 1 tbsp (very finely chopped / paste)
• Chilli flakes – 1½ tbsp
• Kashmiri red chilli powder – ½ tsp
• Salt – ¼ tsp
• Black pepper – ¼ tsp
• Oregano / mixed herbs – ¼ tsp (optional)

🔥 METHOD (LIGHT COOK)
1️⃣ Melt butter on very low flame
2️⃣ Add garlic → sauté 5–6 seconds only (no colour)
3️⃣ Switch off flame
4️⃣ Add chilli flakes, chilli powder, salt, pepper & herbs
5️⃣ Mix well → cool → store airtight
