My wife and daughters keep asking why I eat it if it sounds so painful, but I can’t stop!

    Scotch Bonnet are the best, all-around peppers for cooking, dehydration for flakes and powders, sauces, and fresh. And they’re interesting and beautiful. I’ve grown hundreds of varieties and I can firmly claim a solid Scotch Bonnet plant is a thing of beauty.

    I have plans on starting a decent Cabbage patch for fermenting. May haps this will be on my list.
