Getting into making my own sauce and trying to preserve some. It's got all the flavors, good for dipping or as a spread. I like my sauces thick, not drips, stays where it lays.
It’s a variation on the recipe in the last picture. Added some frozen mango too, 3 sweet onions(2 caramelized), 4 bulbs of garlic instead of cloves, 1.5lbs/0.5lbs smoked jalapeños/habaneros with ½lb of fresh habaneros cooked into everything. A little extra brown sugar and vinegar were added and a little salt when cooking the onions to adjust flavor.
