Fried Rice with chilli chicken Recipe



🍚 Vegetable Fried Rice

Ingredients:
• 2–3 cups boiled rice (cold)
• Mixed vegetables (carrot, capsicum, peas, spring onion)
• 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
• Salt, pepper, chilli flakes
• ½ tsp sugar
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp chilli sauce
• Egg
•. chicken cube

Method:
1. Heat oil in a wok, sauté ginger-garlic paste.
2. Add eggs and vegetables and stir-fry 2–3 minutes.
3. Add sauces, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, sugar and chicken cube
4. Add rice and toss well.
5. Mix in scrambled egg if using. Serve hot.

🍗 Crispy Chilli Chicken (Gravy)

Chicken Fry:

Marinate chicken with egg, cornflour, maida, soy sauce, chilli sauce, salt & pepper, garlic and onion powder, chilli flakes
Deep fry until crispy.

Gravy Sauce:

Mix soy sauce, chilli sauce, ketchup, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, chilli flakes, water + cornflour slurry.

Method:
1. Sauté onion, green chillies, ginger-garlic paste in oil.
2. Add sauce mixture, cook until thick.
3. Add fried chicken, toss gently.
4. sprinkle some sesame seeds.

Perfect with veg fried rice 😋🔥
