I tried the jalapeno and serrano and liked them both very much but are the others that much hotter? The ones I tried do have a kick but nothing horrible and I can easily eat a bunch of it with 0 water but I’m scared of the others

None of these are going to be wildly hot. Great flavor and the habanero likely the hottest to me.
The sriracha is not hot at all and I find it to be too sweet.
The habanero is my go to at work (work supplies).
The ghost pepper is good and the spiciest but not as hot as most ghost pepper sauces.
Just try a little at first if you want to test.
The habanero is super tasty and not super hot. I can drink that stuff.
