I looked in my fridge at 5:58 to decide what to make and grabbed the ingredients I had and whipped up some delicious sausage and peppers! One of our favorites. And I just use whatever ingredients I have.
3 peppers, Julienned (any color) 1 yellow onion, julienned 4 sausage links (any kind) 8oz pasta sauce / tomato sauce / pizza sauce 1/4c beef broth 2tbsp Worcestershire sauce Seasonings I used paprika, smoked paprika, Garlic and onion powder. Mozzarella slices White rice (cooked)
Sauté onion and peppers then slice sausage and add them and cook until sausage is browned. Once browned, add your tomato sauce, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce and seasonings. Once it’s simmering, add the cheese slices on top and bake at 450° for 15-20 minutes.
It looks yum I might door this with the Italian sausages I've got in my freezer. Vacuumed packed stuff has longer shelf life than regularly packed meats. Do they have a use by date or best before?
WUS-ter-sher Not shire, but more like Cher. Over here (UK) they just say Wus-ter. Hope that helps. Oh, I forgot to say that sounds delicious. I'll definitely be trying this one.

Always salt and pepper the veggies when sautéing . Gives it a special burst . & in the very end add a pinch of parsley or cilantro for a surprise (:
'Wusster' sauce. That's it, no 'shire' no anything except for: 'wusster'!!! (from Manchester, 🏴!)
Cayenne and paprika make a fire seasoning combo, especially with garlic and onion and some salt/pepper
Watchyoursistersauce 😂
what kind of pan did you use to cook this? i see that the handle is able to attach and detach and it’s also oven safe!
