If the Tabasco scorpion is so hot you can’t really taste the fruitiness, try their Habanero instead. It still has a very substantial kick, but not as much as the Scorpion which IME is too much for people without a well-developed heat tolerance.

If you’re new to hot sauce or hot things in general, be careful with the Tabasco scorpion. It’s a serious step up from the original. It’s amazing though. I’d say all around good starter kit! Aardvark will for sure hook you on sauces!
