Over the holidays, I won free hot sauce certificates from Smokin' Ed's YouTube live streams, and since they're currently having a 25% off sale, I'm about to place an order. (Many thanks to Ed and his staff!!!)
So I'm looking for recommendations…
I like savory sauces – not sour, not sweet. I do like smoky and spices.
I've had the Unique Garlique before, and even though it's actually too hot for me, it's SO delicious that I will be ordering it again.
Mostly I use El Yucateco sauces. Melinda's tend to be too sour for me.
What would you recommend for me that I can order from the PuckerButt website?

The plum ones. He does a Slavic plum sauce thats really great. I dont think its too hot just avoid the pepper x version.
