Ramping up homemade bone broth


I may be on to something. I make stock every 10 days, more in winter, freeze a few qts and drink a fresh qt. Tonight I added a a pad of butter as usual but added a healthy squirt of Sriracha. Mildly good and toasty but I’d like to ramp it up. Anyone tried this b4?
