As we head into the colder months it was only necessary that I provide you with one of my favorite fall and winter meals. This cajun inspired chili isn’t your typical chili. This chili recipe is packed with flavor and packs a punch! Many of the ingredients included in this chili recipe are not standard chili ingredients. Some of the ingredients included within this chili recipe are black beans, corn, cajun seasonings, and cajun and Louisiana red hot sausages instead of using beef. Give it a try and don’t be afraid to add your own spin to the recipe.
