I freakin’ love sauces. If you’re new to veganism, just make sure to have all of the sauces!!
Written recipes here:
Chili Garlic Sauce
Half pound of thai chili
4-5 cloves of garlic
4-5 Tablespoons of white distilled vinegar
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of MSG (it’s safe, I promise)
Add all ingredients to a blender until well blended. Put in an airtight jar in refrigerator. Will last awhile!
Vegan Fish Sauce
1 cup sugar
4-5 cloves of garlic (sliced)
4-5 Tablespoons of white distilled vinegar
1/4 cup of vegan fish sauce (it will be labeled as “vegetarian,” so make sure to read ingredients)
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of MSG
2-3 cups of boiling water
Add everything to a quart jar and mix with a spoon.
