It's taken too long for me to get around to trying this specific sauce. I've had several El Yucateco sauces and other much hotter ghost pepper and reaper sauces, but this is it. This the perfect amount of heat. It's not the best flavor, but it's still good. Ill still do hotter and milder sauces for flavor and fir experiences, but this is my new go-to.

Nope for me. The “natural ghost chili extract” combined with tomato paste is a HARD no.
I go through bottles of the Caribbean and even the green with food coloring weekly. But this one was not good at all.
Buyer beware. I threw out an almost full bottle after giving it a fair shake.
