Mole Negro 2.0

This is my second time making Mole Negro. I'm waiting for some of the idiot trolls to say "That isn't Mexican!" Well, sorry to say guys, but this time it is very, very Mexican! Just got back from Oaxaca with a bunch of Mezcal and ingredients for making Mole Negro. I did try once before with local ingredients available in California, but this is way, way better. I also did a week of Spanish immersion class, which by the way I recommend highly.

    I don’t know what you set ablaze in the aluminum foil, but that looks dangerous. The fumes that come from that aren’t safe for consumption either. Your mole looks ok but watch out for those things
