*RECIPE*
1. In a bowl add hot water along with salt and potli of khade masale and paneer.
2. Soak it for 10 minutes.
3. In a pan add jeera, hing, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and saute well.
4. Add 1 tbsp Kashmiri red mirch powder, 1 tbsp haldi powder, 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp garam masala and cook for 5 minutes.
5. Add onion puree( fried onions and kaju).
6. Add tomato puree( tomatoes and dry red chilli).
7. Add fried onions and cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add water and adjust the consistency according to your choice.
9. Add 2 tbsp dahi and give a good boil.
10. Add paneer cubes and garnish with kasturi methi.
11. Your delicious paneer kalezi is ready. Enjoy
