The Build:

6 Small Honey Gold Potatoes (boiled) 🥔

6 Eggs 🥚

1 cup Shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella 🧀

Melted Butter, Salt, & Pepper 🧂

Optional: Chili oil or Hot Honey 🌶️🍯

The Move:

Base: Cheese goes in the muffin tin first.

Smash: Add potato and flatten into a cup.

Egg: Crack one egg into each.

Bake: 400°F (200°C) for 16-18 minutes.
