Back in like 2018 Pei Wei used to hand these sriracha packets out with their food. They stopped after 2021 I think, this sauce is a bit runny but oh so good. It was the perfect blend of umami and spice. I don’t really buy it anymore since it’s $10 a bottle but curious if anyone else enjoys it.
